Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and provide proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at team@mediterraneanousia.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and guide you through the process. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse address: 7207 Wynnwood Ln, Houston, TX 77008 (items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).

When you're elegible for a return, you can choose us to either replace or refund your items.

Replacement
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will promptly ship the new item to your address.

Refund
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will promptly refund your order on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days).
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at team@mediterraneanousia.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
