Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

Our jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.

Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, tarnishing (includes plating degradation caused by chemicals, humidity, or skin acidity), scratches, dents, and bent pieces, pearl discoloration, lost items or missing components, damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs, items not purchased through our official website or authorized sellers. Orders & Account Information

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Lost or Stolen Packages

All shipments include tracking.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier Mediterranean Ousia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation needed for your claim.
